Terms of Service Agreement

Governing Law: The laws of the State of West Virginia, United States of America.

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern all access and use of PetrockREI, LLC. DBA Rent Ready Property Services also known as Rent Ready WV’s website, services, property management, and handyman work. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms fully and without exception.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under West Virginia law to use our services.

2. Services Provided

Rent Ready WV provides property management, rental, maintenance, and handyman services. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and full payment.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Clients are financially responsible for all agreed payments. Clients must comply with all contracts, leases, and agreements without exception.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are due in full at the time and manner specified in the contract, lease, or invoice. Non-payment will result in immediate suspension of services, referral to collection agencies, and legal enforcement under West Virginia law.

5. Communication Consent

By using our services, you consent to receive communications via phone, email, SMS, and mail. Communications may include customer care, scheduling, marketing, delivery updates, and public service announcements. Clients may opt out of marketing but cannot opt out of contractual or essential communications.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Providing false information

• Failing to pay for services

• Misusing or interfering with our website or systems

• Using abusive, threatening, or unlawful behavior toward staff or contractors

7. Termination of Services

Rent Ready WV may terminate services immediately and without notice if:

• Payment is not received on time

• User violates these Terms or any lease/contract

• User engages in unlawful or abusive conduct

8. Limitation of Liability

Rent Ready WV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the User for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of West Virginia. No arbitration or alternative venue is permitted.

10. Amendments

We may amend this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and are effective immediately. Continued use of services constitutes full acceptance.
